Sealed proposals will be received by the Clerk of the Borough of Glen Ridge in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 825 Bloomfield Avenue, Glen Ridge, New Jersey, on October 3, 2024 at 10:30 a.m., prevailing time, and publicly opened and read aloud for:

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. N.J.A.C. 17:27 and the requirements of P.L. 1975 c. 127 (Affirmative Action).
Bidders shall also comply with applicable sections of P.L. 1963, c. 150 (Prevailing Wage) and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101, et seq.). Bidders are required to comply with Executive Order #34 (1976) – debarred vendors.
The Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or any or all items in the proposal; to increase or decrease or eliminate such items as may be necessary for the adoption of any alternate; to accept that one which, in its judgment, best serves its interest; to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received and to accept the proposal from the lowest responsible bidder.
